Responsibilities / Duties: 

The core function of the Sales & Relationship Manager is to provide a "one stop shop" contact for all new and existing hospital customers and potential EMR partners, as well as establishing and maintaining strong relationships.

  • 50% engaging with our existing customer base
  • 50% evolving bigger opportunities in the hospital space

  • Bringing new major hospitals on board through our partnership channels


You will have:

  • 10+ years' experience in a B2B sales environment, selling software in the hospital/health industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
  • Hospital workflow and software knowledge
  • Business development experience
  • Sales planning, conversion, negotiation and analysis experience
  • Relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivation and a proactive approach
  • Drivers licence
  • Ability to travel when required
