WW6329 - Reporting Analyst (Non IT) - (Full-time) - Headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation, Melbourne, VIC


Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. headspace enables young people and their families to access information and support through a national network of centres and services, and drives community awareness and education about youth mental health, early intervention and help seeking.

You will be offered a salary of $95,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation and the opportunity to help deliver an integral piece of work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working within a high quality program area dedicated to creating, maintaining and using large clinical and program datasets, you will be responsible for coordinating the effective use of data for quantitative and qualitative reporting. You will work with others to extract and analyse complex data and present reports to key internal and external stakeholders to support performance reporting, research and evaluation activities and business improvement. By overseeing and coordinating the effective use of our data you will ensure we are able to produce timely and high-quality reports for compliance, research and evaluation, and strategic purposes.


Essential: 
  • Proven extensive technical experience in data management, analysis and reporting from a large database
  • Strong writing ability, producing descriptive and analytic reports based on sensitive information
  • Experience within a research or similar role delivering data-informed strategic guidance to key stakeholders
  • Possess high ability communication skills, including ability to present findings in a user-friendly manner


Desirable: 
  • Having a tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be highly advantageous
