We are seeking an exceptional Health Information Manager to join the Royal Melbourne Hospital Health Information Services Management team to lead the Patient Administration team and transcription team. Reporting to the Director of Information and Performance, this position will be responsible for 7 EFT managing all aspects of the day to day operations. This role offers diversity and is the Forms Coordinator in HIS.

This successful applicant will be a primary advisor for the Melbourne Health EMR workflows for statutory reporting.

About you

  • Bachelor of Health Information Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the datasets
  • Experience with Statutory Extract reporting
  • Ability to work within timeframe to achieve service goals
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
