The role involves the provision of training and support to customers using HIS products including Coding, Grouping and related future products within the assigned VIC territories.

Responsibilities / Duties: 

Reporting to the Documentation and Clinical Manager you will be responsible for the following;

  • Provide Expert knowledge associated with Classification, Grouping, Reimbursement and hospital coding processes. Including expert opinion on state and national reporting requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Specialist, and Technical Support Team, customer support requirements to ensure appropriate coverage and assistance for support in allocated territory of Victoria and South Australia.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date a record of customer contact and site activities to monitor activity and report back to the HIS team members. Prioritise customer requirements to ensure business is aware of needs
  • Testing of HIS Codefinder as required prior to customer release
  • Provide responses to telephone, email and written enquiry for HIS Software products.
  • Play active role in new product development and localisation as required. Assist with vision development of what client/market needs, consult with US on design and work with marketing on product release.
  • Work with other customers/vendors on integration issues
  • Specific Environment, Health and Safety Responsibilities.
