WW6632 - Project Lead / Officer - Health Records Enhancement Projects – Mercy Health - Contract - Richmond - VIC

Mercy Health have a number of Health Records Enhancements Projects underway and we are looking for a number of Project Leads and Project Officers to join the team to help drive the successful implementation of these projects

The Project Leads and Project Officers will be part of the HIS Projects and Service Improvement team. We are looking for a number of  Health Information Managers or other Health Professional that have project experience that will be able to drive the successful implementation of the Scanned Medical Record and Electronic forms, the My Health Record, Transcription and Dictation system upgrade and Diagnostic Results sign off.

  • Full Time Fixed Term for 10-12 months (Part time may be considered)
  • These roles will be key to assisting and driving the change management,
    training and communication for each of these projects
  • Positions will be available at both our Heidelberg and Werribee sites but
    the scope of the roles are across all of Mercy Hospitals Victoria. There will be a requirement to travel across both sites as required.

Responsibilities / Duties: 
  • Post- Graduate studies in Health Information Management, information technology or other health related profession
  • Experiencing working in a Public Hospital setting
  • Prior experience in working of similar types of projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and ability to work under pressure to meet
