WW6684 - Data Co-Ordinator - Potential

Reports to: Head of Insights and Knowledge Production
Salary: $60,000 pa

Job purpose

The Data Co-ordinator is an important, client facing role for the business focused on receiving client data whilst also delivering significant improvements in our ability to provide Insights & Knowledge. They will meaningfully contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of having best in class products and services:

• in the categories of: insight & knowledge; collaboration; innovation; design; and data science
• enabled through innovative technology solutions that bring together human collective and artificial capabilities.

The role is responsible for:

• supporting the Head of Insights and Knowledge Production and Data Analysts to manage the efficient and timely delivery of all benchmark reports and required data assets towards available for analysis
• supporting the Insights and Knowledge Production team in a collegiate manner towards the development of benchmarking reports that ensures quality, consistency and accuracy.
• embedding a culture of continuous improvement when it comes to production delivery efficiency, report development as well as quality controls
• delivering new outputs that leverage existing data and knowledge assets of P(x) – including innovation library, data quality audits, website designs/portals and client access
• delivering enhanced user experiences for both internal staff and external clients and stakeholders to various products. These would include production systems and analytical platforms and client portals.

Responsibilities / Duties: 

Product Development

• Continuously evaluate, propose and deliver improvements to the efficiency, quality and development of the P(x) benchmarking and related products, in line with the P(x) Operating Framework
• Translate feedback into detailed requirements and specifications for project teams, including the ability to work collaboratively with the Systems Development and Data Science teams through to delivery
• Support the development of a Potential(x) user experience approach that will guide how products and systems are designed and developed in future.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Provide the key interface between the clients and Insights and Knowledge team in relation to data that requires technical input, development or support.

Product Delivery

• Provide the technical expertise and complete allocated products and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they remain relevant and valued by clients
• Support the coordination and delivery of other products, including supporting training for clients as required

Project Leadership

• Work collaboratively with Stakeholders, Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Program Managers and clients directly, to gain a deep understanding of challenges they are having and how the various Insights and Knowledge outputs can be improved to help them
• Deliver nominated projects on time and achieving the agreed benefits.
