About the Role
• Provide expert advice to the Director Clinical Health Information Services in matters relating to clinical classification that impact on Activity Based Funding and other priority areas.
• Provide expert advice to the Director Performance and Planning in matters relating to organisational performance, historical trends and predictability modelling for service and operational planning
• Ensure there is a sustainable and effective performance reporting platform for the Directorate and for each Service Line including metrics across safety & quality, access to care, workforce, weighted activity and finance. Work with Metro North Finance (including HFA) as required to facilitate this.
• Responsibility for the Caboolture Hospital coding data collection to ensure the provision of accurate and timely ABF information to Queensland Health, Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Caboolture Hospital management and staff
