HIMAA Direct – Refunds, Shipping & Returns information.
Any product which qualifies under this return policy must be received by us within 7 days of receipt by you, the purchaser. Once eligible products are returned, we will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Only defective products can be returned. Items which are damaged in transit, opened, removed from original manufacturing packaging, or otherwise in non-resellable condition can not be returned or refunded. Please contact HIMAA should you wish to make a purchase requiring insurance or tracking when shipped.
Please ensure you have selected the appropriate goods prior to proceeding to payment. Orders for goods which have been purchased by mistake will not be accepted for refund.
You are responsible for all shipping charges to return products to us. We recommend that you insure your returns to ensure their safe arrival. We are not responsible for uninsured returns which are lost. We are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
